NCCN Adult Cancer Pain Guidelines

The Society of Interventional Oncology submitted updates to the NCCN adult cancer pain guidelines. Submitted by Jack Jennings, MD, PhD, Associate Professor, Washington University, Anil N. Kurup, MD, Radiologist, Mayo Clinic and Majid Maybody, MD, Associate Professor of Radiology, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. NCCN Breast Cancer Guidelines

The Society of Interventional Oncology submitted updates to the NCCN breast cancer guidelines. Submitted by Amy Deipolyi, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Radiology, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Gary A. Ulaner, MD, PhD, Associate Professor of Radiology, Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This letter recommends PET/CT to monitor disease progression rather than specifying it as optional and including embolotherapies for treatment of refractory hepatic metastasis.
